stream subscription issue

I have a stream box and i cannot subscribe either on tv or website to extra packages  , message tells me there is a technical issue on tv app  and online website  goes tthrough motions but does not add subscription .

I have tried contacting customer services but getting nowhere .

Any help would be appreciated .

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear about the issue with your stream box

 

For package changes we will need you to contact our customer service team team on 150 [from any VM mobile or landline] or 0345 454 1111 whom will seek to get this added for you 🙂
