I have been using the stream box for 8 months. Suddenly this evening I am getting’Your Stream box needs more power to start up. Please plug it into an electrical outlet.’ when I switched on the stream box.
1. changed the cable both hdmi and usb cables.
2. Connected to electrical outlet output: 5V 1.55A
3 tried on other TVs also.
getting the same message. Anyone had the same issue before?

Is your Stream box plugged into the wall socket direct or via an extension lead?

It is connected via extension lead. Now it is working fine. I don’t know what was the issue.
