Virgin Stream Box - Intermittent Signal

I have recently set-up Virgin Broadband and Virgin Stream Box. When I turn on the Virgin Stream Box I get to the home screen and after 15 seconds I get a no signal error. The no signal lasts for a couple seconds and then a welcome and please wait screen appear, it then goes back on to the Virgin Stream home screen where it again goes to no signal after 15 seconds (approx).

I have been browsing this community for fixes and have tried the usual stuff (using multiple HDMI cables in different TV HDMI ports, reset my TV, reset the Stream Box, turn power on/off at mains). In the 15 seconds that I was on the home page I quickly went to settings and changed the output from 'Automatic' to the lowest video setting (576 I think) and I continued to have the same problem.

My TV is a 32" cello so it is not a very good TV. Perhaps that is the issue?
