Unable To Add Subscriptions To Stream Box

I've had my stream box for a while now and I'm still unable to add subscriptions. Could someone please advise?

Thanks for taking the time to pop back to us in the Community. 

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with adding subscriptions to your stream box. We can see that you've spoken to the team for help on this already so we're hoping things have been sorted however if not, we'd like to help. 

So we can do that, can you advise us on the following please?:

  • What error messages are you getting when trying to add a subscription?
  • Can you also advise us on the route you're taking to try and add the subscription?

I've been trying to add subscriptions via both the box itself and via my account. Neither work.

Hi Jammeus, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have been unable to add subscriptions. Would you be able to call the team on 0345 454 1111 options 1, 4 and 4 so that we can get these added for you. ^Chris.
