Stream was cancelled after recontracting

I have broadband only, and took up the free offer of Stream after receiving an email.

A month ago I recontracted to M125 Solus broadband, then this week I received an email saying my Steam has been cancelled. I don't recall the advisor saying it would be cancelled.

Just wondering, is there an easy way to link Stream back to my account and would I now have to pay to have it reactivated? or will I have to return it?
