I asked to be put on essential broadband and tv. I’m trying to cut cost as everything’s gone up.
firstly i wasn’t told my TV would disconnect immediately and then I had to wait two days for the stream box to arrive. They are going to be collecting my tivo box.
wwll the stream box says 7 easy steps to set up.
I followed the instructions and the box isn’t wirking
i then watched a ‘how to’ on YouTube. It’s still not working. I’m day 3 with no tv. ☹️
any advice appreciated thx

What happens when you try to connect?
Do you see a blue light on the corner of the box when you press the power button?
Do you see the Welcome screen?
There have been a number of Stream boxes sent out with faulty power leads.
Do you have a spare usb power lead you can try?
Some people have also found that by holding the power button whilst connecting the power usb that a menu appeared that allowed them to do a software update and then connect

Hi, nothing comes on , I’ve tried a different hdmi cable but it’s just the same
