Stream box? - what equipment?

I have the M350 braoadband and stream tv package, daft question but should i have a seperate box for streaming tv?. I only have the wifi unit and that is the only one i have been given. Any help appreciated.

Hi Badds, 

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us via the Community. 

When you have the Stream service, you should have received a little box to connect to your TV. If you check here, you'll be able to see a picture of it. This would be with a remote control. 

You should also have a separate broadband hub which provides your broadband connection. 

If this isn't the case, pop back and let us know so we can help further.

Hi Kath. Thanks for your reply. Sorry for my late response, i thought i had replied. Unfortunately i have not received the items i need to receive stream tv. All i received was my wifi box. If you could help me out with this it would be appreciated.
