Stream box - screen flicks to black

Hi I've had the stream box since may now and it has been constantly throughout this time having the screen keep going to black for a second then bringing the picture back up. I have changed my hdmi cable thinking it could be that and I have also changed which port it is in on my TV. Unfortunately neither of these have worked and my TV doesn't do this with anything else? Any ideas on how to solve this problem
