My stream box has not arrived, I ordered 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to come on the 28th.
i am being charged tomorrow for the box. This is unacceptable.
Please can my account be checked to find out why the box has not been sent to my house yet ?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your stream box not arriving yet.
I have looked into this on your account and can see that the stream part hasn't been added to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot add this to your package from the forums, please give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 1, this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
