Hello,
Just received the Stream box today from VM and it keeps disconnecting. It looks like it's a power problem although I changed the socket as well. Any ideas? Thinking it is the USB power cable.

Yes everything sorted now. Stream box was faulty (not the power lead) and was replaced immediately by one of your engineers.
