Stream box issues

I have had issues with my stream box for the past 3 weeks, I've spoken to customer services and they've confirmed that there isn't an issue with the Internet.

The stream box stops working, comes up with a message saying that the bandwidth is poor and therefore the connection has been lost. It then shows a crow on the screen and says that there is no Internet connection.

I have spoken to a rude customer service person over the phone who said that they sent information to my stream box and that there would be no further issues.

Since then, the stream box has cut out 4 more times. I don't know what else to do. I moved to virgin and I'm really wishing I didn't. Customer service are worse than useless. Can someone please suggest how I fix this issue?
