Stream box and sound bar

Hi all, 

My new Stream box arrived today and it's all set up (as far as I'm aware).  Two things - although the remote has paired to my Panasonic soundbar there is no sound.  This is the more pressing concern.

Secondly, I'm not given an option to sign into my Amazon Prime account. Any ideas? TIA!

We would recommend checking your settings are correct to work along sound your soundbar. Information on how to do this can be found here. 

When you visit the Amazon Prime app, what options are you provided with please?
