My new Stream box arrived today and it's all set up (as far as I'm aware). Two things - although the remote has paired to my Panasonic soundbar there is no sound. This is the more pressing concern.
Secondly, I'm not given an option to sign into my Amazon Prime account. Any ideas? TIA!
