Can I firstly ask if it's the cable or the USB port on the box that is faulty?
What issues is this causing when you try to watch your Stream Box?

It’s the cable, the box doesn’t work or turn on at all with the supplied cable. I am using a Google charger as a power cable at the moment and it works but obviously it’s not the cable supplied and I need this Google charger cable back really. I just need a new usb cable sent to me please.
