Stream Subscriptions Stuck Pending

Settling in


I’ve just had a very frustrating 1 hour and 10 minute phone call with 3 virgin media members of staff.

I have added Skysports and TNT to my account but they have been stuck on pending for hours. The woman on the phone has even now added the cinema package which I do not want. 

It’s a joke how it seems such a common problem yet everyone is clueless about solving it. 
If it isn’t resolved by this evening which is when I want to start watching sport I will use NOW TV and Virgin can whistle!

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your Stream subscription looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 

I can see you have recently spoken to our Customer Services again recently, can I ask what happened on your latest call with them please? 

An issue with Stream Subscriptions usually needs an IT ticket raising which can take up to 7 working days, has this now been raised?
