Stream Credit from BT Sports

Hi,

I have BT sports subscription on my virgin Stream account, but Ive not been getting the 10% credit each month for the subscription.

Is there any way I can contact someone to get this sorted?

Hi @paul1973 

How much a month are you paying for BT Sports? If you are on a discounted BT Sport subscription then you won't qualify for the extra 10% credit

The following channels are included in the BT Sport TV pack: BT Sport 1 HD, BT Sport 2 HD, BT Sport 3 HD, BT Sport 4, BT Sport Ultimate.
