Constantly had issues (only six weeks in to a new contract with Virgin Media, never been with them before) with the Stream Box.
Tried all the fixes suggested in the forum's etc.
Are these boxes fit for purpose? They seem completely useless to me as a new customer to Virgin Media. Really regretting switching to them.

Sorry to see you're having issues with your new Stream box, I can certainly understand the frustration with this 😔 Are your issues related to the picture quality on the box? I have checked our system and can see that there is a known SNR( signal to noise ratio) issue in the area. The reference for this is F010661152, with an estimated fix date of 09/05/23 at 9am.
