Start up costs query

To save hanging on the phone for 45 mins...LOL

I signed up to special offer of M250 for £15 for 6 mths then standard cost after.

Plus Stream Box and £8 a month subscription.

Advert says NO SETUP COSTS.

So I worked out 1st bill to be £35 for Stream, 2 x £15 B/B and 2 x £8 Subscription. = £81.

First Bill is £116 !

Am i missing something or do I need to sit on phone for a while?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. It does look like a rather high bill for your first, you have broken it down with the month in advance already, so you are aware of this charge.
