Sky Witness broken

Just noticed while channel surfing that Sky Witness is buffering a programme that was on hours ago.

When tuning in it repeats the same 5seconds of footage from the earlier programme then says bandwidth error, however all other channels are fine.

 

Exact same on Virgin Go app

Problem at Virgins end not mine

Hi @stevemorgan thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised.

Is this on both Live TV please and TV Go?

Can you please advise if rebooting the box has helped at all, and do you know if this happens when not connected to our network (so via a mobile hotspot for example)?

Happens on mobile data on Virgin Go as well.

No reboot is going to sort it. Everything else is fine.

Just to confirm that Sky Witness is now working as it should. 

Unfortunately Sky Showcase & Sky Comedy are now broken and doing exactly as Sky Witness was.

this is on Virgin Go also over mobile data
