Sky Sports HD not activated

Hello,

I setup my stream box 2 weeks ago and should have sky sports HD along side this. But since then it’s just said activating or adding either on my tv or on my phone. I’ve been onto virgin media’s live chat 10 times and they obviously have no idea and just keep telling me to wait. Does anyone else know what to do or has anyone else had this problem. This is ridiculous now and I have no idea what to do.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
