Re: Stream box- not enough power

I am now having the same issue after using the stream box for nearly 6 months with no issues. I’ve tried a variety of plugs and wires and each combination is still showing the same error message. Any suggestions?! I’m completely stuck 😞

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and help.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and help.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service, can I ask if the box is currently switched on? If not please can you pop this on so we can run checks? 


Thank you for getting back to me. It’s currently on and bizarrely has started working again. It was turned off at the plug for about 30 minutes

I'm glad to hear its working again but I understand this might be a temporary fix, are you able to monitor this and let us knowhow things are looking?
