Problems booting up stream box

For a few weeks now I’ve had problems booting up my stream box.I can no longer do it from the remote control and press the button on the box. However, now it takes many minutes to boot up, constantly switching between a black screen and a bright blue screen. Eventually it does boot up, but this morning it took about 25 minutes. Is my box faulty or am I doing something wrong?

How has the service been since your post? Do you have any issues on any other devices?
