Not received my Stream Box

Good morning,

As the title says, my service is active but not received my box.

Been on WhatsApp for hours with no resolution 

Mods please help before I put my head in the oven

After approximately 15 hours on WhatsApp chat, one disconnected call after 30 minutes, and a successful 1 hour call, I finally have an email saying it will arrive tonight.

Only a week late, fingers crossed it works or back to the oven 😂

Hi all,

Using the usb cable from my Firestick seems to have resolved my issue immediately!

@Virgin you owe me 1x replacement USB and a refund of my activation fee for this absolute farce.

Seems many boxes have bad usb cables, mine was £4.28, will we be refunded?
