Not getting the packages I’ve paid for

Hi all!

I’ve had the engineer around to install my fibre broadband and a stream box.

I added sky sports and TNT sports at the point of purchase but on using the stream box, I don’t have access to these channels and it’s asking me to essentially pay for a new subscription for these.


Does anyone have any advice?  My contract states that this is paid for.

this is strange. When you go to menu then app and choose subscription and press select the sky sports and tnt should have a green tick to show you have subscribed. 
however if this isn’t showing then I would speak to virgin on chat to rectify this situation.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Stream box you've experienced.
Can I ask if you've managed to reboot the entire service since, including the broadband so that the Stream box can refresh.
