Is anyone having problems trying to connect to NETFLIX YOUTUBE PRIME etc? Mine, I've been having problems for 3 days already and this dam..... boot assistance neither allowed me to talk to a human nor was able to solve my problem.
After being redirected from the useless boot to the app Virgin Connect (another boot), I've been told to wait until tomorrow to see if the problem is solved. Unconceivable this kind of support.
Was anyone able to solve this problem?
