No continue watching

I started watching a film last night on TV, downloaded Virgin Go app to continue watching elsewhere, but no continue watching option.

I thought maybe this was because it was on the TV, but when I went back to watch the rest on there, again, there is no continue watching option. I've searched all the forums but they all say it should show on my home page, but it doesn't and I can't find any options to ensure that continue watching should show.

Also when I found the movie again, it only showed the option to start watching it from the start. Please help

Thank you for your post. I am sorry that isn't showing on the app. 

Can you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it?

Also can you try accessing this through a web browser?
