Netflix payment isssue

I cannot access Netflix as it says my account is on pause due to a payment issue.

I have logged this with Virgin media 5 days ago and was told to wait 5 days, still not working. Can anyone help? My bill is up to date.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your Netflix account. Where are you seeing the notice that there's an issue with the account? Is this problem ongoing for you today?
