I had email from virgin saying my Netflix subscription,( part of a bundle ) was ending due to bundle coming to a end but not as yet , subsequently Netflix billed me ,even my bundle hadn’t ended yet , I took out a new bundle Netflix included ,and still Netflix are trying to bill me as have no activation email from virgin , I see several post re this , I have rung virgin but keep getting cut off or get no luck in resolving this matter , until I get a activation email I can’t link Netflix to my virgin bundle
