Mew stream volume doesnt work

So im new to stream, ive taken out my apple tv box which is connected via hdmi to my panasonic sound bar through to my hisense tv.

the apple used to control everything from one remote but the virgin can only do power and of course its channels. It can turn the tv off so it clearly has some control.

any ideas? I wouldnt mind notmally but as virgin dont have a discovery + app for eurosport i need three remotes out on my sofa to get back to roku apps

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the Stream box. Your topic suggests that you are getting no sound from your Stream box but your post suggests the issue may be that you're unable to control your TV Volume with the Stream box.
