Existing tv customer wanting stream

Hiya,

is it possible to add a stream box to my package please? I have the ummph pack, tv, bb, phone etc and it looks like one of these boxes will be perfect for my kitchen.

 

do you get to watch all the channels you subscribe to please?

how much are they to buy and per month please?

Hi Conbrue 

I'm sorry to say that the Stream service cannot be taken in conjunction with any other VM TV service.  You would need to cancel your current TV service, but even doing that wouldn't help as at present it's only Stream box per customer.

Welcome back to the community forums. 

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your interest in our Stream box. Unfortunately, as our helpful community member newapollo has advised, the Stream box is for customer that do not have a TV package with us and as such, you would not be able to add this to your existing package. 

 

Customers can have 3 set top boxes in total, so if you only have 1 or 2 TV boxes and wish to add a 3rd, you can speak to the team on 0345 454 1111 / 150 or via WhatsApp on 07305 327 112 and they can arrange this for you.
