Just to check is it correct that Documentaries HD -No on demand via Stream

Error code CS2511

Is that Sky Documentaries? If so they will only available via Catch Up if it's included in the Stream pack and Essential  Entertainment Addon 

On my 360 there are only 4 programs showing under Catch Up for Sky Documentaries.

Do you receive any other Sky programs via Catch Up/On Demand that are part of the Essential  Entertainment Add on?

Have you tried rebooting the Stream box?

The /Stream Error Codes.pdf   shows CS2511

I did manage to find prog via catch-up-Documentries HD.

1st time I had to re start Stream box, since reverted to Showcase HD as showing live since 10p.m.

Power Cut didn't help as I only seen a. couple if mins via catchup.

I added Essential Entertainment from day one makes Stream ideal.

Is it maybe that Stream viewers only have access to SD catchup until HD version is seen live a day later.

This is what I'm finding via a new prog, be it Docs HD or Showcase HD.

Which kind of makes Steam FP almost pointless.

t.b.f. FP only shows Max the HD versions are only listed after selecting Watch.
