For over three weeks I have been trying to get a complaint resolved, I’ve been cut off, left on hold, ignored on WhatsApp, I have logged three complaints still no contact or resolution. As a new customer absolutely appalled by the service I have received and the time it is taking to speak to someone, to cancel stream and refund the 35.00 fee as it was a waste of money due to it not working properly - virgin media customer service is absolutely disgusting - if anyone knows how to speak to some in virgin media please share as I’m banging my head off a brick wall
