Accessing Sky Sports on Laptop

I have added a Sky Sports subscription to my Virgin Media Stream service. It works perfectly on the box, but I'm trying to watch Sky Sports on my laptop and the Sky Sports Desktop Player displays the following message:

You will need the relevant subscription to watch this programme

Error code: OVP_00005

My device is registered and I am able to watch other Stream TV channels on it. I have reinstalled the Desktop Player several times now, but with no change.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the issues using Sky Sports via your laptop. I appreciate the frustration that has caused. Please could you access your online account for me, then check if the subscription has fully gone through and not pending?
