very slow speed

New service and Hub 3 installed a week ago

expected speed of 200 Mb

I ran the test as instructed here

Broadband Speed Check - Virgin Media Community - 3459473

Here's the results
PING ms 11
DOWNLOAD Mbps 23.46
UPLOAD Mbps 16.40

I then navigated to this address -  Use your browser to navigate to 192.168.0.1

I'm now looking for my hub stats as per
"Hub 3 users will find “Check Router Status” below the log in screen to access this information"

I cannot see “Check Router Status” anywhere on this page. I have taken a screenshot but it appears I cannot post it with this question.

Can someone help. This was supposed to be an upgrade but our speeds are now unbearable slow.

If it's not on the main login page login to the HUB and access the same options through 'Advanced settings / Tools / Network status'.

Your Downstream Power Levels are too high.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
