very low speeds

for about 24 hours now my connection has been stuck at 1mbps down when tested both wired and wirelessly, yesterday while trying to solve the issue i put the router in modem mode and changed it back again and for a minute or so afterwards i was receiving my proper speeds (100mbps) before it dropped again. i've done everything that's been suggested, including resetting the router to factory settings but nothing has helped.

when i reset the router i get the speeds i'm paying for but only for a minute or so and it's right back down again. this is so frustrating. woUvzfM.png

Sorry to see that you're experiencing some very slow speeds on your broadband connection over Wi-Fi

 

Can you please run a speed test on the hub, with the hub in modem mode, this will allows us to see what speed your getting into the property. Can you also tell us what speed your subscribing to?
