upload speed very slow

Hello noticed that today our upload speeds had dropped to very low speeds (around 1.5Mbs normally about 30Mbs) download is around 200Mbs today (can get up to 300Mbs sometimes). This also happened last week which made me think of looking at the modem log. I see there's a few errors (which always are) but wondered if anyone could check whether all looks ok?

Thanks

Re: upload speed very slow

I don't know where the other Downstream Power Level channels have got to but a lot of these are far too low.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 10 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

Re: upload speed very slow

That's what I was thinking, looks like I truncated them by mistake.

-6 should be minimum?
