upload rate drops, Dropped packets during peak times meaning I cannot stream to Twitch.

Hi,

I've had this issue the last 4 months or so, during peak times my upload rate gets ruined and am unable to stream to twitch without dropped frames. I've been streaming for 2 years now and have had 0 problems before.

This is a daily occurrence at 4.30/5pm every. single. night.

Had 2 technicians out and no one can tell me why my upload goes from 40mbps to 4mbps

Hi legod76

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community

I am sorry for the broadband issues.

You are affected by an SNR issue (signal to noise ratio). F010437985 fault number and the estimated fix date is the 10th February.

I hope it's fixed sooner for you, monitor the connection after the above date and report back if any issue. We'll be more than happy to help.

Best wishes,
