I have a 1G volt broadband, but the speed test shows 9.9mbps download and 4.6mbps upload, is this correct?

Hi @coffeekid2, thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

I am sorry to hear you're having slower than your advertised speeds.  First of all, to help us understand better, please can you confirm if your tests are via a wired or wireless connection?  For future reference, you may also wish to check for any issues in your area here. It will also enable you to login to your account and book an engineer if required. There's also some helpful tips here.  Also have you tried doing a pinhole reset of your hub, as per here?  It essentially takes your hub back to factory settings, but clears many issues.  Only try this, if you can still read, or have access to the default WiFi password.  Please do try this and let us know how things go?

Regards
