I received a hub 4 as part of my upgrade to 1gb broadband. I am connected thru 1gb ethernet cable and my download speed is between 40-45mbs this has dropped massively from my previous speed between 3-600 mbs using hub 3. The Sam knows speed checker says I am only getting 43mbs to my Hub but service checker says there is no Broadband service problems in my area.
Can anyone help?

Yeah. Getting 43Mb to the Hub definitely is wrong!
You need to report it as a fault and get it checked out.

I'm really sorry to hear that your speeds aren't where they should be.
Checking things at this end, I can see there is a pro-longed signal level issue which could be causing the issues you are having. I can also see that you already have an engineer's visit scheduled so there is nothing further for us to do as it stands.
