slow speeds

its getting beyond a joke now with the slow speeds, from around 5pm that can last for hours, you pay for m500 but at times getting more upload speed than download, I never used to have any trouble something as changed at VM  I have been using the bqm monitor

Re: slow speeds

Your stats look fine - your BQM doesn't ! There is something wrong you need VM to look at the connection, call it it in and see what they say - 08.00 is the best time to get through quickly

Re: slow speeds

Are you saying that calling at 08.00 didn't get you straight through to speak to VM ?

Also, you need to post a link to the "share live graph" as per the TB site's instructions so we can see what it looks like now.

Also what are the Hub stats like today - there was one up channel at 32qam - which can indicate an issue - anything changed on the down channels ?
