slow speed

My package is M350 and I am only getting 40mbps download speed, the upload seems fine at 35mbps please advise

40mbps, if that is over Wi-Fi that is normal for a device connected via the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi band.

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.

Have you tried following the excellent advice provided by @Client62? If so, is the speed at the Hub reflecting your subscription?
