slow connection and dropping speed

hi my broadband connection very slow and speed dropping .in a week 4 time i call customer service but not my problem solve. last 2 hour i try to connect customer service but still waiting.

please sorted out my problem i do it reboot my router .i check my speed so many time i try download vergin media connect app check for black spot but nothing .

What is your contracted speed ?

Which hUB DO YOU HAVE ?

What speeds do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
