slow after 350M upgrade, possibly not even activated.

Upgraded to 350 from 200, installed the HUB3 fine and was up and running quickly with no issues. After 48 hours now though the speed has not improved, and has even decreased when sometimes running speed checks.

Live in a quiet area and usually nearly always get at least 150-200mb speeds on regular speed tests all throughout the day and into the early hours.

Hardwired still only getting around 200mb speeds (seems to max out at 219, nothing above and no signs that it's a 350 connection), have checked all connections/rebooted numerous times etc..

Can someone take a look at the logs? Which should I post?

It should have upgraded after 48hours right?

Thanks for any help..

Re: slow after 350M upgrade, possibly not even activated.

First thing is in the Hub settings find the configuration/config file and post that up - the maximum upload and download speeds will be documented in there. Might be worth rebooting the Hub first in case it didnt happen when the upgrade file was sent.

Re: slow after 350M upgrade, possibly not even activated.

is it this?

Primary Downstream Service Flow

SFID317660
Max Traffic Rate230000061
Max Traffic Burst42600
Min Traffic Rate0

I'm guessing max traffic rate equates to the old 200mb connection? it's not exactly clear what 230000061 is...

Re: slow after 350M upgrade, possibly not even activated.

Correct - its the same as my 200 connection
The upgrade hasn't been applied - it should happen very quickly - you will have to call it in and find out why it hasn't been upgraded 😞
