This is quite funny. I called a few times before when the connection was very slow or not working.
But the very long wait and not very incompetent people I spoke to made me give up.
Also it was quite funny that one person from the customer service last time was crying about how much money Virgin was spending to resolve this. Like I care or need to know, I just want the service I pay for.
My connection should be 100mb/s but at peak I get 10mb/s when I'm lucky:
