poor upload speed/packet loss/cannot PC game

Serious upload/packetloss/speed drop issues & cannot play PC games. 50mb tariff broadband only/superhub 1.

The SH1 really needs to be in modem mode to work correctly.

But it looks like you have some upstream problems going by the T3 timeouts (which will reset ervey 24Hr) you can setup a BQM to see how bad it is.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some connection issues. 

 

I've had a look at things from our side and can see you're currently affected by an area SNR issue. The fix date for this is currently 8th April, during this time your services may be intermittent.

 

Please let us know how you get on after this date.
