We will, alas need to ask the usual questions? How exactly are you measuring the ‘speed’? If it’s over WiFi, then , frankly all bets are off, and 576 Mb/s isn’t too bad at all. If over a wired connection to a PC, then have you tried restarting the PC in ‘Safe Mode with Networking’ to eliminate any oddball applications on the PC throttling the connection?

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.

The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.
