Im looking for help. I have recently moved and have despite being promised a 200Mb connection I consistently have 40Mb down and 20Mb up. VM support have tried a few things and it appears when my hub is in router only mode I get almost 150Mb down. But when put into wifi mode again speed drops off. Apart from moving nothing has changed. Any ideas as the VM chat is useless as no one picked up again after the initial chat which dropped out when the router was reset
my pc is connected by cat 6 cable to router and I only get 40Mbs from SH3 my wifi devices receive this speed as well. however when I put sh3 in router only mode that's when my speed jumps up to something resembling what im paying for and received at my previous property
Not sure what you mean. With Hub in router mode all seems to be well? When in modem mode the Hub's wifi is auto-disconnected - so do you have a 3d party router connected to provide your 40mbps wifi? If so what make/model is it?
