poor internet connect

for the past two or three weeks we are experiencing intermittent, and slow speed internet connection.

currently download speed averages 13.92 mgb upload 1.29 mgb

internet will cut out for no reason, I dial 151 and advised that you are having sever issues in the area 

Question one. when will this be fixed ?

question two will there be a refunf for out of contract loss?

Does the 0800 number give a fix date?

The most useful and up to date info comes from the 0800 561 0061 number. Try that to see if there are any faults that the web service hasn't picked up!

well I have called the 0800 number and it says there are no issues in the area, however the other number I called said there were issues "that would take sometime to resolve, would you like us to send you texts of any updates " also my neibour has been having similar issues with her Virgin Media  so we carry on and maybe change to BT ? 

Im not getting any joy from Virgin at all so It is time to leave again

Sorry this is happening and thanks for letting us know 

I have had a look and we have some ongoing maintenance work going on 

This is due to be fixed on the 28th June and is stored under reference number F008766920  

If you need an update then please pop back on here
