'not hitting the speed you crave?'

Not so much crave as pay for.... Am on 100mb but not seen anything over 20mb for weeks, today hitting the dizzy heights of 3mb!!!!!

Rebooted/reset several times, 'everythings good' on the checker, wired or WiFi...... Absolute garbage.....

I'll wait for the generic response of things to try....

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've had some issues with the connection?

 

After running a health check the hub looks to be within the specifications we'd expect. 

 

Has there been any change since your post last Friday?

That would be the same checks you run for others and say 'nope, nothing wrong with our kit' when it's obviously nonsense? That's said, it has improved since then, I now get 4 mb......

are you using wireless to test the speeds. and how are you testing it
