not getting speeds advertised - trying to cancel contract

Hi,

I've just spent the last hour on the phone with VM help desk and customer care and the last 15mins of the call on hold for their Tier 2 Tech team....at which point I just couldnt wait any more and hung up.

Please can someone at VM get in touch with me, I want to cancel.

Thank you

Re: not getting speeds advertised - trying to cancel contract

They wont do that here. There are only 2 ways to cancel (below), and remember there is a 30-day notice period. And if you are still within a longer contract period there will be early disconnection fees.

1. Call 150 from a VM phone or by dialling 0345 454 1111 options 1,1,4,4, from any phone - they are still picking up (in the UK too) - calling at 08.00 is the best time to get through with short wait times.

2. In writing to
Virgin Media Sales Operation Support,
Diamond Plaza,
Daleside Road,
Nottingham,
Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG.

Include dates, name address and all your account details. Do it by registered mail with a receipt for signature on arrival.
