Got virgin media in March. Part of the contract was a mobile phone SIM card. No such card has arrived, although I've been billed. Tried contacting them and on one occasion was waiting 47 minutes on hold. Web chat shuffled from pillar to post.
My question is are they in breach of contract by billing me for services not received, that's fraud I believe, so can I cancel without penalty
@taffmcginn I've removed your previous post. You've posted your name, mobile number and three of the numbers from your security PIN in an open forum which is available for the entire world to see - probably not a good idea.
